What you can specify
Specify your mattress range
Each model is specified with you. These are the choices we work through together.
- Sizes
- The sizes you sell, including your own.
- Construction
- Spring units, foam and comfort layers, and the height of the mattress.
- Feel
- How firm or soft each model should be.
- Cover and finish
- Cover fabric, quilting and borders.
- Your brand
- Labels, care tags and the name on the goods.
- Packaging
- How each piece is packed and marked for your stores.
How sampling works
From brief to your first order
You see and test a sample before anything is made in volume.

1
Brief
You tell us about your brand, sales channels and markets, the products and sizes, and the price point.
2
Proposal
We come back with a specification for each model and a price. Minimum quantities and lead times are set out in the proposal.
3
Sample
We make a sample in the factory. You test it, at the factory or at your own premises, and tell us what to change.
4
Approval
Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference for production.
5
Production
We make your order to the approved sample, with your labels and packaging, and deliver it.
Confidentiality
Your brand stays yours

- We do not publish the names of the brands we make for.
- We agree product branding, packaging and the maker details the law requires with you before production.
- Every private-label order is marked as such, from brief to delivery.
Start here
Send us a brief
Email us what you know so far. A rough brief is fine: we will ask about the rest, then come back with a proposal.
Helpful to include
- Your brand, and where you sell
- The products and sizes you need
- The feel and materials you have in mind
- Your target price point
- Expected quantities
- When you would like the range in store
